REGISTRATION WILL OPEN SOON FOR COMET 2017, the unique event dedicated to Cosmetic Measurement & Testing.

Registration guidelines

To register in COMET 2017, you have to create an account and your dashboard, and complete the registration form.
You can add attendee(s), reserve a booth and participate in  the "Innovation sessions", participate in the call for communications, and checkout your order(s) on the dashboard.
Note that full registration is achieved when payment has been received.    

KEY DATES :

  • Registration opening: October 31st, 2016

STUDENTS:

A special discounted registration rate is offered for full-time students. Delegates registering as students must show their student identification at the registration desk when they collect their badge.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS:

Registered accompanying persons are entitled to attend the coffee breaks. They will be able to access to the exhibition area, but they are not allowed to attend scientific sessions (academic program and "innovation sessions").

THE REGISTRATION FEES (EUROS) INCLUDES:

  • All scientific sessions, including poster sessions
  • Exhibition area access 
  • All conference materials
  • List of participants and abstracts book
  • Lunchs & coffee break (2 days)

Payment

3 MODES OF PAYMENT ARE AVAILABLE:

  • Credit card Visa,  Mastercard, American Express - Stripe process - (15 € additional administrative fees will be charged)
  • Wire transfer
  • Cheque

REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to the Agence Lord by email contact@cometsymposium.com or by fax at +33 (0)8 90 20 15 48
  • For any cancellation received before January 31st 2017: refund of fee minus an administrative fee of EUR 100 (including French VAT)
  • For any cancellation received between January 31th and april 1st 2017 refund of 50% of the fee (including French VAT).
  • For any cancellation received after april 1st 2017: no refund

Registration process

YOU DON'T HAVE ANY ACCOUNT

1. Create your account and personal dashboard

  • Click on the "Account Creation" button above
  • Fill the form and validate

Your dashboard will be created and is used for registration(s), abstract submission and exhibition area (booth reservation and "innovation sessions").

2. Register in COMET

After creating your dashboard, follow the on-screen instructions.
You can register in COMET, add participant, reserve a booth ... checkout and pay. Note that you need to checkout your order.
Up on receipt of your pre-registration, a confirmation with an registration number will be sent by email. Thank you to specify this number in all our exchanges.
Note that you can add participant(s) on your order.
